lovely staff quiet terrace cool room missing information lack of options advance notice
The front desk staff was lovely. My room included a balcony. Breakfast featured a quiet terrace where I could drink coffee.
I was not informed about the lack of air conditioning prior to my arrival. This meant I could not explore other lodging options in advance. That was quite inconvenient.

I appreciated the clean, quiet room, it was very relaxing. the receptionist was so helpful and kind. i also found the location very convenient for getting to gare du nord. the hotel provided a pleasant experience overall. I'm grateful.
the air conditioning wasn't working when i stayed, i wish i had known beforehand.

the location was excellent. it was near many shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean.

the location provided easy access to st george's metro station. the room was spacious it was also clean and well presented. i appreciated that the staff were lovely and helpful. they allowed us to store luggage for several hours after checkout. that was really useful as we had later plans.
i noticed the breakfast was decent but basic it might be skipped as cafes and bakeries around have very good offers.

Wonderful Stay with Great Service!
excellent location friendly staff lovely surprise
The location is superb, very close to the metro station. I found lots of options for breakfast and brunch nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the little touches. A tote bag and steel water bottle celebrated the Olympics.
